Component Cutting
Process
Fully computer controlled technology uses water with an abrasive propelled at extremely high speed to make fast, accurate cuts in almost any materials.
A CAD drawing file ed. *.dxf format of part sharp is used to program the Waterjet Cutter. Crushed Garnet abrasive is mixed with a 60,000 p.s.i., high pressure water jet to nominated material.
We can use you *.dxf or *.dwg file for programming (saves costs) or we can draw your parts direct to the Waterjet.
