Electro Polishing
Electro-polishing enhances the corrosion resistance and appearance of stainless steel after it has been processed and fabricated. The surface of stainless steel is left rich in chrome and nickel which gives the material greatly improved corrosion resistance and a bright shiny finish.
In the case of wedge wire screens, all areas which are heat affected during screen manufacture and welding, have corrosion resististance maximised by electro-polishing. The products are given smooth shiny surfaces.
